In no event, will the Company use any personal information for any purpose other than those approved by the customer including customer management and after-sales services.

Except in the following cases, the Company will not disclose any personal information to any third party:
•where prior consent or approval of the customer is obtained;
•where disclosure is required by law or ordinance; or
•where a legally effective request for disclosure is made by a third party.

| Procedures for guarantee application |

A real estate company with whom our Company has business alliance (hereinafter "Member Company") or a real estate broker with whom the Member Company has business faxes a rental application form to our Company. Upon receipt of the application, our Company calls the applicant who wishes to use our guarantee service at the number stated in the application in order to confirm personal information including the applicant's address, name, employer and annual income. After the telephone confirmation, the assessment will be made.
If our Company declines the application as a result of the assessment, personal information obtained by our Company is immediately discarded. |
