How much is the guarantee charge? |

We will charge you the initial guarantee charge in an amount equivalent to 15% ~ 100% of the monthly rent. The amount of guarantee charge depends on the rental property and the assessment. The guarantee charge for any subsequent term (renewal) will be 50% of the initial guarantee charge.

Can I rent any property in any area? |

We accept any property in any area in Japan with the monthly rent of less than one million yen as far as you pass our assessment.
